General

At Laveri Leather, we strive to keep your favourite products available at all times. However, due to external factors, some items may occasionally be marked as "out of stock." We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to check back later or contact our team for updates on product availability.

When Do We Ship and Deliver?

We aim to ship your orders within three business days. Once dispatched, deliveries typically reach your location within a week or less, depending on your shipping address.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in the UAE will be processed on the next working day.
  • Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE government-declared public holidays.

We work diligently to ensure your purchases reach you promptly and securely.

Where Do We Ship and Deliver?

Our delivery services cover both local and international locations, including:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Oman
  • Bahrain
  • Kuwait
  • Qatar

Delivery Charges

For UAE orders:

  • Free delivery for orders of AED 200 or more.
  • AED 10.5 (inclusive of VAT) for orders under AED 200.

For international orders:

  • Qatar: AED 130 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Oman: 5% Shipping Handling Fee (inclusive of VAT)
  • KSA: AED 73.5 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Bahrain: AED 200 (inclusive of VAT)
  • Kuwait: AED 200 (inclusive of VAT)

Note: Free shipping is only available for UAE and Oman orders over AED 200.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

COD is currently available only in the UAE. COD handling fees are AED 10 per order, applicable regardless of cart value.

Payment Methods

We encourage online payments through credit/visa cards from any bank. COD is available for selected premium products in the UAE.

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns for misdelivered, damaged, or defective products within 7 days of purchase.

  • full refund will be provided for damaged or defective items.
  • For items already out for delivery, AED 25 will be deducted as return delivery charges.

Refund Methods:

  • For online payments, refunds are processed via e-wallet within one working day.
  • For credit/visa card payments, refunds are issued within 7-10 days.

Note: Products purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable and non-returnable. Return services are currently available only within the UAE.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are available only for UAE customers.

  • Cancel orders via your account on our website or app.
  • Use the cancellation link sent to your mobile upon order placement.

International orders cannot be canceled at this time.

Order Tracking

Track your order via the link provided in your email or SMS after order placement. You’ll receive notifications:

  1. When your order is shipped.
  2. When your order is out for delivery.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Notify our team of any address changes before dispatch, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Delayed Deliveries
