International Delivery

Delivery Locations

We proudly offer delivery services to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait, fostering strong connections across borders.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait are typically delivered within 8-10 business days from the purchase date.
  • Business days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees for international orders are as follows:

  • Oman: Additional 5% Shipping Handling Fee
  • Bahrain: AED 200 (excluding VAT)
  • Qatar: AED 130 (excluding VAT)
  • Kuwait: AED 200 (excluding VAT)
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA): AED 73.5 (excluding VAT)

Note: Charges may vary based on product category, price, package weight, customs clearance, and logistics.


Payment Methods

  • Prepaid Orders: Required for all international orders (except Oman).
  • Cash on Delivery: Available only in Oman and the UAE.
  • Accepted payment options: Credit/Visa cards from any bank.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All international orders are final.
  • Refunds or exchanges are not available once an order has been shipped.

Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and most regions of Saudi Arabia.
  • Some locations in Saudi Arabia are excluded from doorstep delivery; orders in these areas must be collected from the nearest delivery point.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by:
    1. Logging into your account and viewing your orders.
    2. Contacting us at info@mylaveri.com.
    3. Using the cancellation link sent via SMS at order placement.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Order Tracking

Track your order using the link provided via email or SMS. Notifications will be sent for:

  • Shipment status.
  • When the order is out for delivery.

Our delivery representative will contact you upon arrival.


Changing Delivery Address

  • Address changes can be made before dispatch by contacting our team.

Delayed Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our services.
