Terms & Conditions (including  International Deliveries)

 

At Laveri Leather, we’re committed to delivering your favourite leather goods with precision and care. Here’s a simple guide to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery experience for our valued international customers.

 

International Delivery Locations
We’re thrilled to extend our services to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait, ensuring strong connections across borders.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms with appreciation and trust.

Delivery Timeline
For deliveries to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, we aim to deliver your order within 8-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note:

  • We operate from Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearances or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees for international orders are as follows:

  • Oman: Additional 5% Shipping Handling Fee
  • Bahrain: AED 200 (excluding VAT)
  • Qatar: AED 130 (excluding VAT)
  • Kuwait: AED 200 (excluding VAT)
  • Saudi Arabia (KSA): AED 73.5 (excluding VAT)

Shipping charges may vary depending on product category, price range, package weight, customs clearance fees, and other logistics.

Payment Methods

  • Prepaid Options: All international orders (excluding Oman) must be prepaid. Cash on delivery is available only in Oman and the UAE.
  • We accept payments via Credit/Visa cards from any bank.

Refunds & Exchanges
For international orders, all sales are final. Once shipped, orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Delivery Coverage
We offer delivery across Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and most regions of Saudi Arabia. However, some locations in Saudi Arabia are excluded from doorstep delivery. Orders in these areas can be collected from the nearest available location.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order:

  1. Log in to your account and view your orders.
  2. Contact us at info@mylaveri.com for assistance.
  3. Use the cancellation link sent to your mobile at the time of order placement.

Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Order Tracking
Track your order through the link provided via email or SMS at the time of order placement. You will receive notifications:

  1. When your order is shipped.
  2. When your order is out for delivery.

Our delivery representative will contact you upon arrival at your address.

Changing Delivery Address
Need to update your delivery address? Contact our team before your order is dispatched, and we’ll happily make the changes.

Delayed Delivery
While we strive for timely deliveries, if delays occur, we value your feedback. It helps us investigate and improve our processes.
