Refund Policy 

Eligibility for Returns:

Free returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if conditions are met.

Returns are allowed only for non-sale item or applicable only for manufacturing defects or product mismatches.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

Exclusions:

No refunds for international orders after shipping.

Refunds are not possible if the item is found to be used.

2.5% of the total order value deducted for upfront cancellations without a reason.

AED 25 deducted for courier charges if shipped and returned.
