conditions are met.

Returns are allowed only for fragrances, not beauty products.

Applicable only for manufacturing defects or product

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and
accessories intact.

Exclusions:

No refunds for international orders after shipping.

Refunds are not possible if the item is found to be used.

Refund Process:

Online Prepaid Orders:

2.5% of the total order value deducted for upfront
cancellations without a reason.

AED 25 deducted for courier charges if shipped and returned.

Cash on Delivery Orders:

Refund credited to the Wallet with AED 25 courier charge
deduction for shipped and returned items.

Refund Timeline:

E-Wallet: 1 working day
after the item returns to the warehouse.
